The Music program at Harrington presents a sequential organization of concepts and skills developed through hearing, singing, deriving, writing, reading and creating music. The goal of the curriculum is to present a program in which students in grades K-5 develop an appreciation and joy for music making, acquire a deeper understanding of culture and develop skills for performing independently and within community.
